At Enchanted Baby, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.


If you are not completely happy with your sleep sack, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we can no longer offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after approval, please:Check your bank account.Contact your credit card company (as it may take some time for the refund to officially post).Contact your bank to confirm the processing time. If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at enchantedbaby1@gmail.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your sleep sack for the same product, contact us at enchantedbaby1@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
